Gaming

The digital realms are appealing, and I do like exploring them. I have had many, and finished few. Despite all, most of my time has ended up within these digital realms.

Star Citizen

Ah, Star Citizen, a buggy mess that I love with all my heart. I know full well there is a ton of controversy about this game, but in the intrest of honesty, I do not care. This has been my comfort game for a few years now. There is just something here that I haven't felt anywhere else. I can't really explain it, but there is something here. Maybe it's the vast distances in between planets dulling your senses as your ship travels every kilometer. Or perhaps the way each ship just feels so interesting to fly and yet so different from each other. Or maybe it's just the simple fact that most ships have a fully detailed interior that you can just walk around in without the uses of loading screens. I do not know, but I am still having fun. I have to consider so much about each action, and yet I never feel overwhelmed. Every ship has it's purpose and they are all fun to fly.

Minecraft

Minecraft

Minecraft, what more could I say about it? Its the one I grew up with, its the one I got into arguments over. It's also the one I've been slowly drifting away from over the past few years. Though as of writing, the 'Create:Aeronautics' mod launches within 10 hours. I may come back to minecraft just for that one mod. Functional airships, that you can build yourself, with full physics support. That sounds like a dream aand a really good one at that. I'll update this when I get the chance to fully try it out. Writing this makes me realize I like ships that I can walk around in. Aeronautics and Star Citizen, very similar in that regard. huh.

Hytale

Hytale

Minecraft 2. Good as the first. Any more I can say is redundant.

Baldur's Gate III

BG3

Baldur's Gate III: a game I have not finished. I keep creating new campains and starting from scratch. I usually play around with different classes, mods, character choices, different pathways, that sort of thing. At time of writing I have about 50 hours in and I have not gotten to the moonrise towers section yet. Currently, the campaign that has gotten the farthest is a modded run where my character is a dragon tamer, I get a cute little dragon that grows as I level up. I've got annother character that's a warlock, and yet another that is a dark urge paladin. and yet I still have not progressed beyond the starting goblin camp for both of those. Currently, as of my very limited playtime, I think Karlach is my favorate party member, I like her attitude. That pure glee at the thought of freedom is a wonderful introduction. Also, yes, I did open a different campaign specifically to get her into the party sooner. No, may not read into that.
